Its color is golden straw yellow, his persistent and enveloping flavor of yellow fruit (peach and apricot), and its intense fragrance turn into good acidity and pleasant freshness in the mouth; its taste is fruity, balanced, and harmonious. Aurea is able to transfer into the glass all the great vigor of the vine Trebbiano because we prior chose to wait for harvesting its grapes only when properly ripe and then letting through a slow fermentation enabling this wine to develop and show its own personality which proved to be lively and surprising.
