Winemaking: Upon receipt of the harvest, pressing of the grapes. After pressing, the juice was drained in tanks so that the alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation took place. Filtration and bottled on December 08, 2020.
Service: Serve at 10-12 degrees Celcius. Food pairing: Aperitifs and white fruit desserts.
