GENERAL INFORMATION
Bulle nature rosé 2020: Natural sparkling.
Variety: 50% Groslot noir, 50% Cabernet franc.
Terroir: Clay silt resting on Falun shells. Gravel and clay on layers of shale.
Yield: 50 hectoliters/hectare
Winemaking: Upon receipt, the harvest is pressed (pneumatic). The juices are drained in vats for part of the alcoholic fermentaion. Before the transformation of sugars into alcohol was completed, the wine was bottled on the 7th December 2020. Not disgorged. Light filtration, without sticking and without added sulfite.
Service: Serve at 8 – 10 degrees Celcius. Food pairing: Perfect for an aperitif or red fruit desserts.
