The sweetness of the tigernut mitigates the bitterness of the hops and gives it a mild but very personal taste. The starch and proteins of the tigernut give it a dense body and a very consistent foam.

Shelf life: 2 years at room temperature. Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
