Primitivo “Il Chaos”

From primitive grapes, our red wine is of medium body and not too structured. The nose recalls small red fruits such as blackberries and raspberries, with nuances of elderberry flowers. 

The mouthfeel is slender, agile and decisive, very gastronomic and versatile. It wants to be the spontaneous expression of the vineyard, of the vintage, of the grape variety, and, above all, of the volcanic territory of Sessa Aurunca, without superstructures.
