SOIL: very sandy, alluvial, rich in stone and potassium. Vines over 300 metres.
GRAPES: Sangiovese.
WINEMAKING/REFINEMENT PROCESS: vinification of black grapes, re-fermentation, and prise de mousse in the bottle.
WINE: bright yellow with amber hues, with intriguing aromas of May flowers and fresh fruit, with light hints of a bakery. A fragrant flavor that is clean and tense.
